"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Osteria della Pista. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, and the room I received was comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel is only about a 15-minute drive from Milan Malpensa Airport, which made it very convenient for my trip. Despite being close to the airport, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the area was, and I was not bothered by airplane noise at all. Breakfast was truly five-star quality, with a wide variety of fresh food choices. The pastries and desserts were especially delicious. I also appreciated that they served boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, wieners, and bacon, since I enjoy having a protein-rich breakfast in the morning. One thing I really appreciated was their free taxi shuttle service. It was a very thoughtful offering, and the driver was professional, friendly, and always on time for both the hotel pickup and the airport transfer. The hotel is also about a 10-minute walk from the train station and is conveniently located near shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. The area felt very safe and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax during my holiday. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Italy. Highly recommended! "

"Extrêmement satisfait ds mon passsge au Sheraton. Hôtel directement connecté au Terminal 1 de l’aéroport Malpensa-Milan, idéal pour être déjà sur place pour le vol du lendemain midi. Chambre plus que confortable, insonorisation parfaite, literie au top. Et le déjeuner-buffet vaut l’extra, avec ses comptoir- omelettes, son mimosa et son smoothie maison. Pour les autres prestations, comme la piscine et le spa, je n’ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de les utiliser. Je recommande fortement. "

"The room smelled so bad i went back down to the front desk and asked to be changed since it smelled like a bathroom at an indian bus station. They changed me to another room but it still smelled the same. The air conditioner during the stay was broken so room was also hot and stuffy. Almost zero water pressure coming out of the taps Truly horrible"

"I recently stayed here and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room felt very dated and lacked the cleanliness one would expect. It had an overall old and somewhat filthy appearance, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or accommodating, which added to my dissatisfaction. I hope the hotel can improve in these areas because with some renovations and better service, it could be a much more pleasant experience for guests."
