"We stayed at Jamaica Palace and overall the experience was very disappointing despite a few positives. Check-in was okay, but things went downhill later that night when there was a nationwide power outage. The hotel generator did not kick in automatically, and when it eventually did, our room’s AC still didn’t work. We later discovered that other guests had AC, which made the situation even more frustrating. When we raised the issue at the front desk, we were told the ACs do not work on...

"The owners were so kind and helpful. This is THE hidden treasure of Kingston. Bob Marley beach is walking distance and the rooftop patio was breathtaking. The AC in the rooms was perfect to cool off after a hot day. This hotel also has a bar and the pool is cute and deep enough for the kids to jump in. The rooms are very traditional Jamaican style/decor and VERY clean. The wifi was strong and overall this was a fabulous likkle spot. Mi soon come back"
