"I always park here when visiting Las Vegas each month because the free self-parking is hard to beat. Given the age of the hotel, I’d honestly never considered staying there. This trip was for No Doubt at Sphere, with about a 25-minute indoor walk through The Palazzo. Because of my initial hesitation, I went in with pretty low expectations — especially for the price point. But I ended up genuinely impressed. The renovated rooms felt far more modern than expected, the elevators were surprisingly fast even up to the 36th floor, and the location made getting around easy whether heading south toward MGM Grand or north toward The STRAT. For someone who actually enjoys walking the Strip, the property sits in a really practical middle ground. 7/10 — I’d stay again."

"I checked in at 12:50am as my daughter had a volleyball tournament at the convention center we travled far to get here and was given our room keys upon entering the bed had blood on it. The 2nd room had clean beds but a dirty bathroom toilet had dried pee in the seat as well as the floor and pubic hair on the toilet seat it smelt really bad in the room like cigarettes and BO, fire alarms going off. I would never stay here again. I need a refund."
