"We stayed at the Ascott for just under a week. What an absolutely unforgettable experience! Wonderful staff, polite, friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. As an example, we didn't realise that we needed to prebook the free shuttle to Icon Siam shopping centre so there was no space on the shuttle when we got downstairs. The staff apologised and then arranged a taxi for us, free of charge! When we had to leave very early in the morning for an excursion, the staff provided beautifully packed...

"A very nice place to stay in the silom area. @5'11" tall i would prefer a walk-in shower, but their bathtub shower combo is adequate. Walkable to 2 BTS stations, shopping, tons of food options, steeet food to fine dining in multiple cultures. It's a solid recommendation, just don't book my favorite room. Lol"
