"The staff at the front desk were helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable and the decor modern. We especially liked our room with mountain view. We did have a few issues during our stay but the problems were resolved to our satisfaction. We look forward to coming back again in about a month."

"Proximity to the Convention Centre is a major factor. Rooms decent enough but a little dated. Should at least have one bottle of mineral water per room rather than to use a vending machine as not all tourist will have an Octopus card on arrival. Breakfast was disappointing. Mostly processed foods save for an egg station. Staff was helpful and will rate them as excellent. Overall good value for money."

"Room was 2 double beds even after selecting a queen sized bed. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety of fresh prepared dishes. Staff were helpful in loaning an umbrella and allowing bags to be stored since rooms were not available too early in the day."

"Good location, 10-minute walk (up stairs) to running trail, lots of things walkable, metro, tram and taxi easy to reach/sort. Breakfast was okay, but had better, room was small, but adequate. Gym was small, bikes, treadmill, elliptical and some free weights, but in good working order. Staff helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again."
