Kept my bag until I left, recommended the free bus to Macau (where I was headed to next). If you are flying into Hong Kong and want to visit Macau, ask about the free bus before you leave customs. It is not available once you leave the airport. Overall, nice quiet stay."

"Eaton had a very fun vibe which made for a great ambience upon entering the hotel. While waiting in line to check in, the value add service of a drink and snack is a nice touch. Shows hospitality and care. We had a triple room and loved the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. Did not feel tight or uncomfortable. It’s a convenient location close to MTR station, shopping and food. Overall, would stay again next time I’m in HK!"
