"Very pleasant stay."

"Super thin pillows & rooms smelled terribly. There were stains on the ceilings & walls were super thin. You could hear everything & lights/noises all through the night coming through the door. The stairwell was locked, so you were forced to take the antiquated and slow elevator. Gym was definitely underwhelming with minimal equipment. It was dirty, and paint was peeling everywhere. Just terrible stay. "

"This hotel was so nice. One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in! Very elegant the pool was so big as well as the hot tub myself and my children are really enjoyed it."

"The hotel feels outdated, and the exterior could really use some renovations. Unfortunately, the pool was also ice cold, which made it difficult to enjoy."

"Promised me roll away beds o. The phone and would not deliver upon arrival. Also been staying hear occasionally over ten years and was the dirtiest I’ve seen it. Messes in the elevators and weird smells. Also FYI, they now charge for parking now which is ridiculous at this property IMO. "

"I contacted the hotel prior to my stay to request a microwave, but upon arrival I was told the hotel doesn’t have microwaves at all. This was inconvenient since I brought food with me that I couldn’t use. I also confirmed ahead of time that my room would have a shower, but it actually had a bathtub instead. During my stay, I found a cockroach in my room. I reported it to the front desk, and they were willing to move me, which I appreciated. There are very few accurate guest photos online, so it’s hard to know what to expect from the rooms. Additionally, one of the light switches in the room was damaged, and the mattress was very soft. On the positive side, the hotel was clean overall and had some enjoyable amenities. Overall, I was disappointed due to the inconsistencies and issues during my stay."

"The location is near oakbrook mall and also a Dave n Busters, food options near the hotel or in Lombard. The hotel staff was friendly and they had good choice of snacks, breakfast was good. The only down side was the pool was small -not what’s online- and the morning after it was really dirty"
