"The breakfast was the only redeeming thing about our stay.
Rooms were old a musty smelling, the carpets were so old and stained and wrinkled in places.
The bottled water in the rooms were reused bottles that they top up.

"I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. An excellent choice of breakfasts included in the price. The restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The location is fantastic with wonderful views of the beautiful Peak countryside."

"The only issue we had was there was no one to check us in, The contact numbers we had no one answered. We actually felt like we were trespassing. After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home.
Having said that we ended up having a really enjoyable stay :)"

"Lovely property, nice rooms and good facilities for kids. Swimming pool, games room and outside tennis and football court.
Good selection of food in the restaurants and at breakfast."

"We love visiting this unique hotel. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
The lido is spectacular. Our annexe room is spacious and has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The addition of a fridge in the room was very welcome."
