"We were in the family room and it was extremely spacious and comfortable although the bed was a little bit soft. Shower was fine. The hotel was very clean, and so convenient to the north terminal at Gatwick. I would stay here again the night before a flight out."

"Far and away the worst place I have stayed in years. The car park is full of trash, the back door was propped open to allow anyone in, the apartment had a modern bathroom but the main room furniture and floor need replacing. The glassware was dirty."
