"Excellent location, within walking distance of Ambleside, Rydal and Grasmere, also close to the main bus routes. Wonderful hosts, really friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Gorgeous property, huge rooms, large bathroom, comfy beds, good lighting, super fireplace, massive tv. The nicest guest lounge with a wood burning stove which Paul kept regularly topped up, lots of books to read, games/puzzles to play, huge tv and sound system, drinks and snacks available to...
