Staff was great. The issue I had was more it was an old building. The a/c barely worked in the room we had. We maxed the fan and the temp. Room said it was between 71 and 75 put it felt a lot warmer in there. The room had a fold down bed and kinda small and very stiff. I liked the apartment type set up. Just needs a few improvements to make it stay able. I could not sleep or get comfortable in the bed, Between the size warm air and bed being uncomfortable me rate it lower.

I have returned to this resort many times and have always found them welcoming and willing to do whatever is necessary to make my stay comfortable and relaxing. The resort is on the beach; there is a very nice pool on the property and there are many places to eat within walking distance. My studio was very clean and well equipped. If there is any concern at all is that the suite furniture needs to be updated but it is very comfortable and well equipped.
