"Lovely warm welcome, friendly and extremely inviting greeting. The breakfast was wholesome well presented and delicious. Rob was agreat host, nothing was to much trouble. Great nights sleep, the rooms and other amenities where spotlessly clean. Would we stay again, you bet we would. It was a pleasure to have met Rob and to have stayed as his guest, he made us most welcome. "

"Lovely little hotel based on a farm, in a very quiet area. The room itself looked like a older more traditional style room with a lot of wood based furniture, the shower room was more modern and honestly puts some mainstream hotels to shame, excellent shower and the water pressure was amazing. The walls were relatively soundproof, you can faintly hear someone watching tv in the other room if you really concentrated, so all good there. The only downside in the shower room was there was no room to put my shower bag anywhere, not a dealbreaker. Overall, fantastic hotel would highly recommend if the area suits, the path to the hotel is narrow though so very wide vehicles may struggle to get through."

"You know i can tell you about the stay but in fact THERE WAS NO STAY. the property is a SCAM. I knocked at the door multiple times and nobody answered, i was left no instructions to even access the property either. So when i applied for a refund i was refused and left no answer. The owner wouldn’t even pick up the phone. It’s an absolute disgrace that i’ve lost the money aswell as a university student it’s just sad. Never ever visit this place as it’s actually shocking "
