couldn't seem to get our heater to throw out heat. finally after turning off and on again got it to work. second morning we woke up and room was freezing cold. discovered that the window trim was broken and cold air was pouring in and over powering any heat. notified the desk on departure.

They had adult hours for the pool so we could swim without a bunch of kids. The staff was awesome. They texted me several times throughout my stay to see if there was anything we needed.
