"All staff were very approachable & friendly. We did have problems with the tv - finding any channels & the coffee machine. Option to have ordinary Nescafé would have been welcome. Carpet on landing outside room 1 badly marked"

"This is a very easy B&B to stay in and is very well located right on the seafront in Wells. Downstairs has a small lounge and dining area with tea and coffee facilities. The room was a decent size and the bed very comfortable. Nice wet room with a light heated mirror so no problem with steaming up. ..."
