"Loved staying at Greentree with advertised ‘fantastic breakfast’ yet found this location dissipated best-overpriced compared to other-local hotels. This is a one-star (Atnd best) hotel and sadly did not live up-to-currently rated two-stars with shredded towels, dirty hand towels and limited continental breakfast items. Positively was the comfortable bed yet pillows left something to be desired and glad to have my own on-hand."

"Don't bother stopping here. 1. The front desk KID was rood on the phone and in person. It took 10 minutes for him to come check me in. 2. The rooms were not installed, so I heard the guy in the next room snoring all night. 3. The small double beds felt like the springs were going to break threw, and had some kind of itchy bugs that kept biting us. 4. The AC took over half the night to cool off then quit. 5. They only provided 1 sheet and a paper thin cover, and no one at the front desk."

"This Route 66 motel. Is exactly what you'd expect from this iconic type of room. Very spacious including a kitchen. Parking directly in front of the room is very convenient. Its close to attractions, The Painted Desert and the Petrified forest. A great dog park is close by."
