"Excellent value for the price! I recommend it highly. More amenities in the rooms than they list online, including microwave, mini fridge, coffee, toaster, iron, hair dryer, some clothes hangers. Soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Comfy and clean bed. A charming old brownstone."
"This is our second time staying at The Eliot and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Boston. One of my favorites! Such great service and lovely, charming rooms. Thank you for another great stay!"
"The staff right from check in were incredibly warm and friendly, and stayed that way throughout our stay. I know they are working on a complete overhaul of the property so things weren't exactly 100% during our stay but that was fine. We had an issue a couple of nights with loud neighbors keeping us awake but both times the front desk shut it down quickly with no issues."
"There is no better place to stay in Boston. Superior location. Superior staff. With only 10 or so luxury rooms you will not be disappointed. They prepare you breakfast delivered to your room and finish the night with chocolate chip cookies. Stay here once and you will be back. Ask for Mo and Jo - the superstar team."
"Location is good and convenient and save for a solo traveler. Just the room that pretty old and had bad smell. Leaving a luggage with them wl cost 5 dollars a day. "
"We only needed to stay one night but it was everything we required. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great too! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there the next time we are in Boston. "
"The staff were super helpful especially the valet. The room was a bit small but very cozy. The bathroom was pretty and it had a romantic vibe. Perfect place for a few nights in the city. Super close to TD garden"
