I like that they do a great job of making you feel comfortable. I have been to many hotels and this one makes you feel like you are right at home. The beds are comfy, it is a calm area, and for the cost you can get the full experience adding breakfast and upgrading your room to have the kitchen/living room. Overall great place to stay for couples, families, and I would even say someone traveling alone!

Amazing place! We love this resort

Staff are friendly and the beach is so beautiful! food was good as well .clean rooms .nice staff we had very good time at the resorts .special thanks to concierge Keyla. She was very friendly and helpful. Best place ever .we will be back soon.!

The property the experience even the pesky offering of sharetimes was excellent, the only issue I had is that people that looked like they had some form of pull in the hotel, like owners or partners, these people had preference over paying clients, in one day I asked the girl to sit me close to the beach and she told me the area was closed. Realizing a few minutes later the table was occupied and these people had a different treatment than us. The staff was around them like white on rice, I did notice they got served drinks in real glassware as we patrons got served in plastic glasses. In one of the fine dining experience, the staff would ask anyone walking in for reservations and these people weren’t asked they already had the nicest area ready for them. Even during the cooking event their food took precedent over ours. The whole experience was new to me. And it didn’t seat well.
