"The staff went far beyond helpful beginning with making reservations for dinner. The Belman put us and most of our luggage on the lift then ran out of room. He then carried the rest up the stairs and met us with a smile. The service at the hotel bistro was equally excellent and friendly. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. "Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles, was ich benötigte. Die Lage ist zugleich wunderschön, wie beschwerlich. Mitten im Zentrum und zwischen Fußgängerzone und Fluss gelegen. Der Nachteil daran ist, dass man mit dem Auto nicht ganz ranfahren kann und sich umliegend in ein Parkhaus einmieten muss. Mit viel Gepäck ist es dann doch umständlich. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück war super und mit einer tollen Bedienung. Die Rezeption immer...

The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. "Easy check-in. Clean room and spacious enough for two people. Lots of satellite channels to choose from. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of things within walking distance, grocery stores restaurants, a mall. Blackout curtains. Comfy beds that also incline so no need for extra pillows. And if you don’t feel like walking to a restaurant, there is a very convenient vending machine directly outside the front doors. Would definitely stay here again! "
