Clean and efficient

Very clean, efficient, clean and modern hotel. The hallway and rooms are mostly white, which emphasizes the cleanness but lack a warm atmosphere. It is a functional hotel. Quite and comfortable for an overnight stay.

Great Location For The Tram To The Town Centre

If you want somewhere to just put your head down for the night then this is perfect but the rooms are a little small. The tram service in to town (number 14), which runs right to the centre of town is literally less than a 5 minute walk and free to staying guests.

June 2024 stay

We had a lovely room overlooking the railway. The room was large enough for the 3 of us and they even gave us a kettle to bake our own drinks. Lady on reception very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and good choices.

Very friendly and helpful staff - nice lobby, the room was nothing special but fine; the location was a bit disappointing on arrival, but they provided all guests with a free pass for public transport throughout the entire city, which was very helpful and got us to the historical centre via an easy tram ride within 15-minutes.

Not my best night in a hotel

I arrived late. The bar/restaurant was closed. The room was rather noisy (I think there was a highway next to the hotel). The hotel was accessible from city center by uber. I’m not sure I could have done it by feet. The staff was friendly. I had to leave early. I haven’t tried the breakfast. Also the alarm rang during the night and all customers had to leave their room to meet in the lobby. Hopefully no fire. It was not really a good night.

Bokade hotellet endast för i natts övernattning då vi landade sent och skulle resa vidare nästa morgon. Rummet var i okej skick, men i absolut minsta laget, vi hade endast handbagage med oss så då fungerade det men det finns knappt plats att ställa ner något på golvet. Otroligt litet rum med stenhård säng, det låg dessutomen gammal T-shirts under madrassen! Badrummet är litet men funktionellt! Skulle inte säga att det är ett prisvärt hotell sett till storkeken på rumnet! Skulle spontant säga att hotellet inte ligger nära någonting, känns verkligen som att man är i ett avlägset område av staden. Busshållplats famns dock inom gångavstånd, men det är inget bildskönt område! Okej frukost som innehåller det man förväntar sig av en hotellfrukost, varken mer eller mindre! Trevlig personal, eller iallafall så trevlig som schweizare kan vara, förvänta er ingen varm och personlig service i detta land!

Très bien pour un court séjour touristique

Établissement très bien situé, pas trop éloigné du centre historique de Bâle (1/2 heure à pieds). Le tramway passe à quelques dizaines de mètres et permet de rejoindre le centre rapidement. Le ticket était inclus dans notre réservation. L'environnement de l'hôtel (dans un nœud routier et ferroviaire) est compensé par une isolation phonique très efficace. Il est mossible de louer une place de parking pour 20 CHF la nuit.

This is a very convenient hotel. The room facilities may not be luxurious, but they are well-equipped and clean. The staff are friendly, and the location right next to the station makes it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast food is fresh and healthy. Highly recommended

Otelde odada buzdolabı yoktu. Oda servisi temizlik yaptığımda çarşafları değiştirmemiş ve odayı süpürmemişti. Basel kart vermeleri ise gayet olumlu. Konumu toplu taşımaya yakın, temiz bir otel. Ayrıca manzarası çok güzel.

Odaya içme suyu bile vermiyorlar! Oda servisi yok! Odada telefon bile yok! Okadar dar ve küçuk bir oda asla 2 kisi için uygun değil! Duş almak bir ayrı konu. Duş almak bütün banyoyu su altında bırakmak demek.. her yerden su dışarıya çıkıyor. He içme suyu alabilirsiniz, market de 2 chf, petrol istasyonunda 2,5 chf a satılan otelde 3,5 chf
