The unique daily game drives had our Bush Bar (best bar in South Africa, thanks to Benjamin and Penwey) interrupted by a Nyala being chased by a wild dog. "Exceptional service from all employees, especially Mr. Njabulo and Mr. Noel I highly recommend the hotel excellent activities, nor did we have time to enjoy them all, the only point that can improve is the possibility of a heated pool and a later check-out, 10 am is too early. "

An einem Tag, wo wir früher los wollten, wurde uns eine Frühstücksbox zusammengestellt. Kleiner Pool zur Abkühlung vorhanden. Warzenschweine, Stachelschweine, Affen kommen zu Besuch. "Wir haben das Riverhaus (Familien-Chalet) für 4 Personen gebucht. Das war sehr schön und grosszügig. Die Tiere (Nyala, Warzenschweine usw.) konnten wir von der Terrasse aus beobachten. Im holzbefeuerten Whirpool (wird von den Mitarbeitern aufgeheizt, kostet zusätzlich) haben wir die Umgebung genossen, war toll. Auch sonst war alles sehr schön und bestens. Die morgendliche Anfahrt ins "Big-5-Gebiet" dauert etwas und man muss sich warm anziehen, lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall."

"The lodge is perfect for a stay in Hoedspruit; with an easy drive to Kruger Park. The wildlife come to within meters of the garden which makes for exciting and interesting viewing from your patio. The hosts Sue and Deon will do everything they can to make your stay wonderful. Would definitely recommend. "
