"Solo traveler with a dog. I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. Check-in was excellent; quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The on-site parking was very convenient, and my room was good, well laid out, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I was consistently greeted with a smile, which made the hotel feel warm and inviting throughout my stay. Quit to help me when I locked myself out of my room twice. As a dog owner, I especially appreciated that pets are welcome in the bar area. The bar staff were excellent! Not only were they friendly, attentive, and professional to me but they were also incredibly kind to my dog. They made us feel welcome, which meant a great deal to me. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Titisee area. I would gladly stay here again"

"This was a great experience. Flight was delayed so we arrived after-hours. Let the staff know and keys were left in a secured locker outside. The room is really nice, clean, spacious, with own refrigerator. The staff is extremely friendly and breakfast was de-liciiious... Plenty of parking on the property. Highly recommended."
