The hotel was in an excellent position where you could walk to shops and restaurants within a minute. The man on reception was very friendly and helpful. "

The decor really made it feel like old Bavaria and we were smitten with its charm. I would stay here again. The proprietors were so friendly. I wish I spoke German!"

"Clean although sparce furnishings, perhaps typical for alipine family hotels. No elevator. Staff is family who likely live their. No hotel reception at night; this is problematic for late evening arrivals. Private parking is a plus. Breakfast included, which is becoming less common in Germany. Located At base of steep pastures for hiking. Town streets unnavigational without GPS guidance."
