Pro - Staff team is attentive, polite, helpful and patient. Furniture decor in the hotel is lovely. Clean and neat hotel. Con - The placement for shower head holder will wet the whole toilet floor after a shower. The noise from the pub below us can be quite disturbing for light sleeper.

Great location, rooms are a little dated and small. Our first bathroom leaked water when showering however when we told the staff they were accomodating and moved us in to a different room. Breakfast was great and staff were amazing. The rooms were definitely not worth the price, but the location was good.

相當失望

地點便利無話可說，但隔音不太好。一進房就是濃濃煙味加上芳香劑讓人頭暈。請櫃檯提供熨斗卻沒有送來，床單的清潔需要加強，兩個枕頭套上面都有髒污，早餐幾乎沒有變化，每天的燉肉就是豬雞牛輪替，此次入住體驗真的很差。

After check in I found out the toilet in the room was dirty, the floor was wet. Even asking for clean but it still not thoroughly. The worst part was I saw 2 cockroaches on the floor and killed it. It make me so scare which I had to close my luggage all the time to prevent in case to bring the cockroach home. It was terrible experience and not worth money at all

Location was the only good thing about hotel. Breakfast was shocking everything was cold. At 7.30 am ran out of certain food. Worst sleep we have ever had bed was discussing i had to use the pillows on the lounge to sleep. Our city view was one of the worst i have been to in any aisan country. We paid top dollar never ever again

You booked an Executive Suite which is one of our guests' most desired rooms, plus the mattresses are quite new with a soft topper on top layer of the mattress to provide extra comfort. There are at least 6 hot dishes on hotplates as well as heat lights for some other items, freshly prepared eggs and soup noodles served a la minute so we are suprised if this was cold. Beautiful property, very centrally located, waking distance to popular market, nice roof top pool, delicious breakfast buffet. Use local laundry service instead of pricey laundry service in the hotel.

The breakfast table on 9the floor, eas dirty with stain. The waiter do not wipe and clean table, when they collect the used dishes and cups. However, they are quite polite and helpful, willingness, offer to cook food ( friedeggs and noodle). I stayed 3 nights, first 2 nights was disturbed by noises of jumping sound or heavy movement upstairs or next door, looks like next room is having a big sex party. All 3 nights, I experienced aircon, being shut off, very warm. I check control console, I never set timer. Strange.
