"We booked a king room in the hotel and were put in a loft across the street. The loft was large but we didn’t like having to come across the street to utilize the hotel amenities. The front desk was nice but seemed frazzled. The valet was also extremely backed up. The process from checking in to checking out didn’t feel very smooth but we would give it another shot in hopes of a better experience next time."

"The room was clean and very big. The property needs to paint and do some upkeep. All doors to rooms beat up and paint was coming off everywhere. Great location"

"Beautiful Gilded Age Victorian house. Staff was attentive and friendly. Property is well kept. Delicious breakfast. Porch is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon tea. Convenient location to local attractions. We would definitely stay again!"

"Great location, great view and wonderful room!"

"酒店的位置非常好。"

"Nice, quite place with great staff. Rooms are more like small apartments. It’s in a neighborhood so parking is on the street but staff will help out with your luggage. Bed was so-so. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but it was good. I’d definitely stay here again."

"The property was decent for the price. Everything seemed clean."

"👍"

"Everything was great. Loved the atmosphere."

"The staff was not so friendly. The AC was leaking. They did not have free breakfast even though I was searching for hotels with free breakfast."

"We arrived at 12:00 pm and they gave us the room earlier, at no cost! Very good service, attention Recently remodeled I recommend it central to walk around the area."

"The hotel staff and the dining room food were excellent."

"Very nice pool area. Restaurants are very nice and convenient. One drawback is the valet personnel. They have alot of improvement to do and is not a friendly staff especially at the first point of contact"

"We just stayed 3 nights to enjoy the pier and the beach. The location is excellent and the free parking was a huge bonus. We could walk to the beach, pier and restaurants and had a view of it all from our balcony. Unfortunately, I think they bank on the location and view being enough to turn a blind eye to how rundown everything is. It worked for us. We just needed a safe space to sleep with our 9yr old daughter. The front desk agent, I believe her name was Angela, was so kind and helpful. She...

"It is a very tight room hard to move around if there is more than 1 person. The beds are the worst part of the place they are so hard it’s like sleeping on the floor it took me a week to stop hurting after I left. The place is fine overall especially just for a place to sleep( except the beds make it so you can’t sleep). The room was fairly clean we did have water bugs coming out of the shower drain at times. We were by the storage room so there was a lot of banging in the middle of the night....

"The room was cold no matter what I set the thermostat on. So cold I couldn’t sleep. I turned off the air condition around 4 am."
