"The location is perfect and the grounds are beautiful. Our room was very basic with an overpowering unpleasant disinfectant smell. Stains on sheets. Wifi didn’t work inside the room but good reception in the common areas. Ok for a night or two."

The location is perfect, tucked away from the crowds in a quiet area, yet still just a short walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming courtyard and peaceful atmosphere that makes it feel like a hidden oasis. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and incredibly quiet, making it easy to fully relax after exploring the city. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was also a highlight, especially the fluffiest pancakes we’ve ever had! If you’re looking for a boutique hotel in Antigua that combines tranquility, comfort, and excellent hospitality, Casa Santa Rosa is a fantastic choice."

"We have stayed in countless hotels but never in such a small room. It was very small and the bathroom was soo tight that you could not sit on the toilet! We also could hear the guests in the next room and outside clearly so you could not relax. We decided to leave and go somewhere else, even though that meant loosing two night stays. We will not be coming back there."
