"Novelty of staying on a houseboat is fun, and the place was nicely laid out and clean. However, there is essentially nothing in the immediate area for dining or amenities. There's a plaza of stores about 2km away. Immediate vicinity is a bit gritty and public transport is limited. It was odd to feel isolated yet look across the harbor and see a bustling city. "Toller Ort mit einer Vielzahl von Freizeitangeboten/Aktivitäten. Die Umgebung auf dem Festland als auch auf der Insel ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hause war leider enttäuschend. "The hotel is beautiful, and a lot of fun for families. We loved our room, everything was spotless and there's been a lot of thought given to the details. The kids loved the lobby slide and the carousel. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. My son was sadly very poorly during our stay and the staff were exceptionally kind. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up, with smiles and kind words. Thanks also to the night guard and cleaner who helped me get medical advice in the middle of the night, reception who arranged a late check out for us, and the restaurant who let me take some food for him out of hours. Everyone looked after us so well! Thank you so much, we hope to come again. "
