The best hotel in Hiroshima in our opinion. The king size corner room had an excellent view of the city. The room was quiet and clean. Bathroom was huge. It is connected to the train station and Shinkansen which was so convenient. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We will stay here every time we come.

Excellent hotel. Conveniently located next to the train station, yet beautifully appointed, great service, wonderful restaurant, and terrific bar. Breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay again!

I invited my friends to a buffet restaurant called Bridges at this hotel since they were running special buffet dinner using fresh seafood from Hokkaido during January. Since my friends love crabs, they were super excited about an “as much as you want” deal. They also provide high-quality roast beef using Wagyu. They were quite impressed by the quality of food. The deal comes with not only a variety of food but also a variety of dessert. I stayed at the hotel after a fabulous time with my friends. The staff are always courteous, professional, and attentive. This hotel is my first choice when I want to pumper myself, just to relax.

There definitely are some great aspects of staying near the station. There’s an amazing eating area with a plethora of popular restaurants as well as one of the best supermarket with pre-made foods. It is a little further away from the sites/shopping areas but there’s a great set of bars adjacent to the station complex that we saw during the day but looked like they’d come alive at night.

部屋の間取りだけが残念
とても綺麗で広い部屋＋レストランも素晴らしく、大満足でしたが、お部屋のお風呂とトイレが丸見えな間取り(脱衣所的な場所がない)で、それだけが残念でした。なぜあんな間取りなのか？あんな間取りを誰が求めているのか謎ですが、パーテッションで対応して下さり、助かりました。ありがとうございます。

This was my first time staying here and I really enjoyed the hotel. It's connected to Hiroshima station so it made traveling in the city and taking a day trip to Fukuoka so convenient. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable. Loved, loved, loved our big bathtub. At the end of the day of walking all day into the early evening, soaking in the tub was a great way to cap off the night.

The door to the bathroom would constantly fall away from its guides when using it, as would the panel beneath the bedside table. Not what you expect for $850AUD night room.

Great Place
The hotel is well located. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Straight above the train station, which is full (ground floor) with lots of good places to eat and a large place for sweets and baked goods. Reasonable priced.
