"立地は市役所前駅から2分ぐらいでとてもいいです。
部屋は掃除されており綺麗です。アメニティも基本的に揃っており良かったです。(TVはないです)
調理用具は汚れがあったりしたので毎回洗ってるわけではないみたいです。(ただ皆さん使う前に洗うので問題はないかと)
洗濯機と洗剤があるのはよかったです。ハンガーは小さめのが6個ほどでした。たくさん洗濯する方は注意。
角部屋でしたがキッチン前の窓からビューーっとずっと風の音がします。
そのためか部屋は外より寒くなりやすいです。そしてエアコンは効かずざんねんでした。
エアコンの上は埃もあり、宿泊者もスタッフも使わないみたいです。
受付は広島駅近くで普通でした。感じのいい人でもなく悪くもなく。ただしビジネスホテルと比べると無愛想ですね。
このままだと5点ぐらいかなと思いましたが、金額が安いので7点としました。
リピートしてもいいと思います。"

"立地も良く 公共交通機関も利用しやすかったです。
洗濯機、食器など完備されておりました。
トイレは独立しており、綺麗です。
お風呂が古く、お湯の出が悪かったので、3泊中2泊は銭湯に行きました。
排水溝の臭い？かお部屋の臭いかわかりませんが、カビのような臭 いがしていました。
他の口コミにはそのような記載がなかったので、私な宿泊した日だけかもしれません。
洗面台もお風呂に併設しており、私は使用しませんでした。"
