"This hotel is well situated, about 400 meters from the Katsuta station. We came to see the flowers at Hatachi Seaside Park and fee that the hotel was a good choice due to its proximity to the train station and the park. It is about 15 minutes by bus or taxi to the park. The hotel is clean and staff are incredibly helpful, as is the Japanese custom and standard in my experience anywhere in this fine country! "Customer service is non existent. Staff almost never around. Beware that they refuse to provide with extra towels or pillows. Bathroom is tiny. Kitchen comes with a pan and spatula but absolutely nothing else - what is the point? No cutlety, no bowls, no plates. They expect you to eat out of the hot pan with your bare hands after cooking a meal. "
