"We had no hot water 5 days!!! Front desk workers were very unsympathetic. Manager, Rob, was no where to be found! No AC in hallways so very hot. AC was loud and didn’t work very efficiently. There was also some sort of vent in the hallway that was so loud! Half of the tv channels didn’t work"
