"An amazing hotel chain, our ferry was delayed big time, did not arrive until after 8am but staff were welcoming, 2 hours of the best sleep possible and was ready for the drive ahead. I have already looked for more ace hotels and i know i will be using them again, brillint for value, top for customer service Sophie was fantastic, bed was comfy and room was spotless, thank you for your efforts, we will be back"

"The Mercure was great, great location, comfy room and very well located. We used it for a stop before the early Caen ferry and it worked really well. It’s an easy Walt to the nearby shops including a very good Carrefore for any last minute shopping or food for the ferry. The staff were warm and friendly and we will definitely make it a regular stay now we’ve been there 😀"

"Excellence all around. The owners were hands-on in assuring our stay was perfect. The accommodations were very comfortable and extremely clean. The chateau was magnificently maintained and in easy driving distance to the Normandy beaches and outstanding restaurants that were recommended by our hosts. "Nice Hotel. We stayed in the family room in July of 2025 where there is a door that separates the other bedroom, which was nice as we stayed with our 2 adult children. The rooms did not have AC, but they do have windows that open (no screens unfortunately) that brought in cool air. We paid for their breakfast which was pretty good. Only about a 15 minute car ride to the Juno Beach museum. They have a parking lot, but with only about 10 stalls. We had to park in the front which was fine. ...
