"Beautfully maintained historic property with lakefront accesss. Charming and worth the stay."

"A lovely oasis in the country. Very peaceful. Lovely room and shower. Stayed 2 nights. 1st morning an abundance of snacks and fruit. 2nd morning hardly anything left. Keeping an eye on food supply would be helpful. Again 2nd day ran out of hot water in the shower. Would still recommend this location."

"We stopped here for our Honeymoon. The suites were spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff was so nice and so helpful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"A calm, peaceful and beautiful place to temporarily escape from the city. Jana was very friendly and helpful, gave clear instructions and a warm welcoming. Super clean and also close to the nature. Highly recommended."

"An older property, but the rooms were very clean AND despite the hotel being full, it was very quiet. The rooms are well sound insulated. Would definitely recommend if travelling with pets."

"We liked the clearn room and location. We would like to suggest a few things to make stays more accommodating. There should be more than one hook in the bathroom to hang towels. The barn door is unnecessary in a large room. A regular door would allow for more hooks. The shower head in the bathroom didnt work very well and there was no hand held wand. It should be replaced with a shower head combo. There was also no bathroom fan. The breakfast had very little vegan options which was...

"Room was maintained, Hotel lobby was clean with the staff being friendly. The only discrepancy is that the hallway to OUR floor was not vacuumed on a daily basis with dental floss pick being on the floor outside the elevator 2 days in the row before I removed it and placed it in the garbage."

"What a beautiful place! Everything was absolutely spotless, so clean you could literally eat off the floor! The room was incredibly comfortable, and the whole experience was wonderful. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the sunrises and sunsets were simply magical. Such a special place! I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!"

"Staff here was outstanding . Very warm and accommodating. A big shout out to Cody at the front desk who was not only warm and welcoming, but dealt with very serious car complications in our stay so efficiently and kindly."

"Clean rooms ,staff friendly and helpful"

"Timber House is a beautiful building..close to Lake ON with easy access..We love the area, and are glad of its location down a quiet road. Easy to access multiple areas including PEC..The breakfast was efficiently served quickly, and was delicious, especially the jam. The rooms are spacious. It is not a new building, so the rooms dont look new, it is inconsequential. The main areas and dining are beautifully upkept and a pleasure to be in. Will always be our choice when returning to that...

"The room was very clean, and well appointed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The contactless check-in was seamless but staff were on site if assistance would have been required. The Lighthouse restaurant is small but the quality of the food is excellent and again the staff were great. Would definitely stay there again."
