We had a very pleasant stay and experience at the hotel. We booked a room with two queen beds. Beds were incredibly comfy, surroundings very quiet (in October), bathroom was clean and over all the staff was nice and arranging. We had the breakfast buffet at the restaurant and staff was lovely, food was pretty good. We would recommend it and come back when visiting the Sandbanks!

The Yuk Yuk’s event was fantastic, with great comedians and an amazing Thanksgiving buffet. Overall, we had a great time at the resort, and the highlight was the staff, from the manager to the servers to the chef, who came to our table both times we were at the restaurant to ask if we were enjoying our meals (which we loved on both occasions).

Beautiful location with amazing views. In the process of updating the resort with oblivious signs of improvement such as a very nice heated outdoor pool and area . In the next couple of months replacing mattresses and updating decks and menu in main restaurant. A solid 3.5 / 4 heading to a 4.5

There is evidence of upgrading in our room particularly. Needs a good coat or paint on the trim doors and stair rails. The room is clean, comfortable bed, fireplace and a large jacuzzi. All great. The view across the lake from the patio is spectacular. The main dining and reception areas are beautifully set up, a good selection of meals that were well presented and tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful.

2 friends in the county for a girls annual cycling weekend and we would come back! Impressed with the upgrades made at IT - our room was spacious, modern and clean. Good water pressure. Equipped with Microwave, Fridge and coffee maker. Staff at main office was very nice. WIFI was great. Heated pool was a bonus. The hallways have an older smell but it didn't seep into the room. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Only a short ride/drive to Bloomfield & onto Picton. Close to Sandbanks too! The restaurant across the road (Sand & Pearl) was also very good and convenient to get to. Caught the most glorious sunset on the beach on night one! Overall a great stay - thank you!
