"Staff was very helpful"

"Clean room, very comfy bed"

"This hotel is an oasis. The external neighborhood is your basic off-the-freeway strip mall area, which means it is a convenient location for places you might want to go. But once you are inside, you enter a peaceful, almost resort-style environment. The staff was very attentive to our requests - which included putting a 2nd chair in the room. Note that you should request a refrigerator if you need one. There are no microwaves in the room, but there is one available for use in the common...

"Friendly staff. Nice amenities."

"Staff was rude . Not helpful . Will not be returning"

"On our drive from Ontario to Arizona we always stop at this hotel. It’s our 1st stop heading out & our last stop heading home in April. We have always been happy with this hotel. The cleanliness & breakfast have all stayed at the standard we expect. The staff have all been welcoming & helpful."

"The staff was very helpful and generous as I had forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel was was very clean and nice also the breakfast was very good."

So I told her what I did and the computer picked that room for me. Told me, yea we’ve been...

The bed which is listed as a queen, is not quite the size of a queen, but it was larger than a double. The staff was helpful. We had a squeaky bathroom door, which was located in the bedroom. I told the front desk and they took care of it while we were out. The place felt like there were people that lived there full time. I'm don't know for sure. The doors to the rooms slammed...
