"Great hotel close to the beach. Very clean and family friendly."

"Beautiful location, but the experience did not match the price point or expectations. Our room was directly next to weddings every night of our stay, with events taking place literally outside our window, and we were never warned. The weddings also precluded us from using the rooftop, and resulted in the restaurant and bar being closed intermittently for many meals over the 4 days. "Our stay at Hibiscus was perfect. The shuttle runs every ten minutes to the gorgeous Grayton Beach and, should you prefer to walk, it is only a few minutes. We stayed in the Tropical Birds room which was beautifully decorated and spacious. This guest house is lovingly decorated with an Old Florida feel. The grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is no longer complimentary at the coffee shop cafe next door, but it is well worth the price. I highly recommend the crepes. Overall, we highly recommend...

"Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!"

"Everything was fine with the property except for the internet. It was terrible. Very sporadic coverage only lasting a few mins at a time. Super slow and bad signal strength both on the Floor 2 network and the Floor 2 Guest network. It was really bad. Nobody could stay here and get a little work done. It barely worked. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. FALSE ADVERTISING!! The property management company told us upon arriving that we had to bring our own garbage bags, there were barely any toiletries and we were promised bicylces and the code to unlock them never worked. The 2nd day the smoke alarm went off in the morning for no reason and we had to leave for the entire day since the decibels were so high we couldnt stay in apartment. It was a true disappointment to not be able to use bikes at all. I would never stay at a...

"This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!"
