They tried to accommodate with a different room after an hour or so, however the "ocean view" was completely blocked by by the patio above the bar, and there were stairs right in front of the patio with people walking up and down, smoking cigarettes. Everything in that room was broken, damaged, and dirty so I waited for another room (as far from the main floor as we could get). This room was a bit better, but still in poor condition. However, Housekeeping consists only of replacing towels and toiletries, no cleaning performed that I could observe and bed not even made up. Exterior grounds not picked up at all, many cigarette butts observed."

"The hotel is in need of updates. There was sand on the floor when we arrived and no broom or dust pan. No water pressure. Outside needs maintenance and thoroughly cleaned. Loved the staff and the view was awesome. Steps from the beach."

"My main concern was that the door in our room to the balcony bottom latch did not work and I have a 8 year old on the 6th floor. The AC leaves alot to be desired it doesn't work very well, room gets hot and humid. Also wish the beach chairs and umbrellas were still included in stay, there an extra $50 per day. Everything else was excellent."

They didn’t provide the body wash or anything.nd without our permission we go out for cleaning stuff coming that’s so bad bad thing I recommend go other hotel not this one they don’t have enough parking space next time I’m not go in this hotel"

"The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are worn out and in desperate need of an update and remodel. No hot water even after maintenance reset the hot water heater. The bed was so worn out that they sunk down jn the middle. Stove was worn and didn't work properly. The worst part of the whole place was the pool was disgusting! The 3 nights we were there the pool or area around it was not cleaned! There was either dog poop ( seahaven is not pet friendly) of human poop on the pool deck...

"The room was pretty worn down. Beds were clean but everything else looked pretty rough. Balcony view of the ocean was amazing. Hotel outside was rough, lights flickering in the hallways, only one small elevator and it was actually getting worked on while we were there. A few people told me they actually got stuck in the elevator, being on the 6th floor and taking kids up and down stairs was exhausting. Overall the view was worth the price."
