"A perfectly nice place to stay with friendly staff, clean rooms and a good location. There is a lovely pool, although it's surrounded by lots of tents so not that relaxing. A great bar and genearlly a good hotel to use as a base for various excursions and activities."

"This hotel is beautiful. The grounds are well manicured. The check in was easy and fast. The staff is professional and courteous. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was excellent. We had a clogged shower drain and when we reported it, Maintenance was there immediately to address the issue. We needed a half hour late checkout and they gave it to us without question. The restaurant was delicious, as were the cocktails. Very reasonable prices. The infinity pool is fantastic...

Millions and millions of ants. The staff blatantly refused to give us a new room stating they had treated the room but the ants returned. There were several cockroaches roaming around the room. They continuously turned off the water and had to call them to turn it on to use the shower and toilet. There...
