"The hotel owner, Ahmed, is a very nice and helpful person. We ended up in Villa Misk after our reservation for a nile cruise from Aswan To Luxor was canceled the night before. "We had a wonderful stay at Kato Dool Wellness Resort! The staff were very kind and accommodating — they even allowed us to check out late because our flight was delayed, which we truly appreciated. The view from the top of the mountain is absolutely amazing, especially at sunrise overlooking the Nile river. Since the resort is located uphill, we had to take a tuktuk to go up and down to the village. The ride can be a bit bumpy and dusty, which some people might not enjoy, but it didn’t bother...

"This is a great five star hotel in Aswan. Prices are salty but as everyone says: you get what you paid for! Location was great, on Elephantine island. They provide free boat every 15 minutes. Lobby is huge and very well decorated, a real charm. Room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice view over the pool and the Nile! You can watch the sunset from your balcony. Bathroom was good size and shower had great pressure. Breakfast was amazing, with some many options that you can spend hours...
