Price is over exaggerated. Ppl working at reception need more customer service trainings. I checked in and the guy just handed me the room key without any information about amenities: pool, breakfast, where the room is….no infos. Very disappointing

Location is great next to Picadelly station. Staff are kind and the room is clean. Breakfast is average and not perfectly
