"Very spacious room and Simon at the front desk was awesome. Will be back"

"We had an amazing, relaxing time time. Jon was awesome!"

I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...
