"I stayed at another sonesta hotel in Florida which is why I chose this one and so glad I did! I had one of the rooms with a city view which was great. The staff was also very helpful and kind. I was initially checked in by Deo. I did arrive early so my room wasn’t ready so I agreed to a different room but it wasn’t one with a view and I didn’t like it so I went back down and another lady helped me switch back to my originally room. I don’t recall her name but she was very patient. The rest of my stay, Zack helped me and he was really sweet. The only downside is the parking. It’s $32 per day for an in and out pass since the hotel doesn’t own the parking lot so it quite expensive. Other than that, I loved my stay."

"Very good breakfast options and staff was friendly. Rooms missing simple things like kleenex. There was no extra pillows for sofa bed and when asked for them, received sofa pillows instead. "
