There’s a Starbucks on the property but it’s not like the corporate Starbucks. They made me a Chai tea latte with oat milk, and it was “burnt”. The base mix they also used came from a jug - not the Starbucks base. Tasted awful, I had to throw it out I couldn’t drink it. The hotel was clean, hot tub is the kind that shoots water up at the edges. The room attendant did a great job, we were there 2 nights. Breakfast buffet was just ok.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The room was clean and comfortable. Heater/AC unit made horrible noises, no vent in the bathroom, the bathroom door squealed when opening and closing which made night time bathroom trips horrible, front desk staff was nice and the gentleman that initially checked us in was amazing! Tuesday and Wednesday night the gentleman at the front desk was short tempered and rude and unhelpful when asked for restaurant recommendations due to the kitchen at Axels already being closed. His response was to look at our door dash app and find something there. Was slightly appalled at one specific experience - we pulled in around 9:45 Tuesday evening, backed into our parking spot and were greeted with a scene from the 2nd floor that nobody should see - people immersed in sexual acts with curtains wide open and everything visible to the public. Wanted to say something to the gentleman at the front desk but with his rude behavior when asked about restaurants we didn't feel comfortable saying anything. Pool and hot tub were great, housekeeping was phenomenal and overall it was a pleasant stay.
