Also, we ordered two Queen beds but received one King with extremely uncomfortable pull out sofa for the kids, with no option to switch to two Queens like we ordered. "

"The hotel is in a totally isolated area next to a Landfill and wetlands with garbage everywhere. The property was so gross that I left without checking in even though it meant that I lost my money. I asked for a refund and they refused. Inside seemed dirty and everything seemed dilapidated."
