"While the property itself is beautiful and is located in an awesome location, lots of upgrades and improvement are needed. The washrooms should be updated. There were no washcloths or hand towels provided. No shower caddy in the room for toiletries. The room card did not work and I was advised that the battery had died and therefore I was provided with a manual key. The housekeeping and front desk staff are AMAZING! "Room was good and comfortable. Bathroom needs updating, there were broken tiles and windows wouldn’t close in the bathroom. I didn’t like that pool is in the dining area. However, the food was good and Romel the driver was very nice while driving us around. I felt safe and would return here."
