"Had an amazing stay at Mitsis Laguna Resort in Crete! Everything was excellent—from the beautiful resort and great food to the friendly and hardworking staff. The service was outstanding, and everyone made us feel very welcome. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back again! 🇬🇷☀️"

"The staff are absolutely amazing, every experience we have had was professional, helpful and they are always so kind! The room was always cleaned, thankfully because sand followed us everywhere! The view was absolutely beautiful!"

"We loved this hotel, for the all-inclusive package, it’s beautiful, and the rooms were very nice. Negatives - 5 restaurants, unchanging menu, even in the main buffet restaurant, so choices were lacking by the end. Rooms were not serviced if you missed...

Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to...

"Loved everything about the property."
