"All in all it was good. Only thing is the shower isnt that strong, i was trying to twist if there was other options for the shower but there wasnt any. Just a suggestion that its probably a good idea to have labels for your microwaves because they're hidden in the drawers. It was too late when i had already gone down to ask if I could use a microwave in the lobby area. Thank you."

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"I would like to take the time to say thank you to all the amazing staffs. I forgot my baby playpen and without hesitation a staff member was at my door with one.To the beautiful and kind ladies who were working this weekend in the breakfast area, you guys always have a smile on your face.
