"My fiancé and I travel back to this location every spring break. It’s a beautiful place to stay however, where are some issues with the air-conditioning not working but they did get it up and running.. also looks like areas of the resort needed updating pretty bad. I know my specific room 803. My husband and I were not very happy when we first checked in the cleanliness was not great and paint was peeling off the walls of our bathroom.!!! my family lives next-door in the brand new condos and we would like to continue coming back here every spring break however, it definitely needs to be updated!!"

"Very sad and dated, this hotel was wildly expensive for the condition and location. The air conditioner was loud, the furnishings and linens were mediocre and everything felt slightly dirty. Only upside was the shuttle to the airport."

"Airport shuttle was not provided. Said they don't offer that. Had to pay for an Uber when I was told they provided a shuttle. "

"The facility wasn't as close to the beach as I thought. Also, there was very limited food in the area. Besides that my stay was great and staff was nice."

"Main restaurant only open in weekends. Very few bikes and none available for duration of stay. Stained and sticky floors in room. Movie channels not working, broken outlets and chargers. Water in pool not refilled during peak heat of the day. "

"The pool was very dirty & unusable. The first room had rusted faucet, plugged bath tub, dirty floors. The kid area in the lobby hasn’t been cleaned at all. Very rundown. The front desk was not very pleasant, the manager was rude & unaccommodating. The breakfast had very limited options. Overall not a hotel that should be advertised on Expedia. Does not meet hygiene standards."

"Not a single complaint. This was our first trip to Florida and Beach House did not disappoint. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. "

"I checked in with my sister, went to the room and it was a king bed. Returned to the desk as I had booked 2 queens. I was told I was wrong and there were no other rooms available. I showed my receipt from expedia to prove my reservation and still was offered no apology or change of rooms. Clerk was very dismissive."

"If u are looking for a small run facility locally ran facility this is good. When we first got here our room had a weird smell and the staff change our room. Super nice guy and our next room was perfect. You can tell it's ran on a small budget older building and rooms. Just about 2 min from the board walk and beach. "
