"Great location, but reception staff leave alot to be desired, I found them very condescending.
Breakfast was average.
Bedrooms were very stuffy as there wasnt any air conditioning, despite our room being a premier one.
I wouldn't stay there again"

"On day of arrival and also during the stay the reception and restaurant staff was amazing. We booked the stay based on how we were spoken over the phone when contacting the propery prior for some details. Spa facilities clean and fully working, cannot mention a negative comment about the property."

"The guys at reception were very accommodating, check in is at 15:00, which was late for us as we had to be at a wedding in a nearby venue by 16:00. I explained this to the guys at reception who managed to check if on by 13:00, which meant we were able to get ready leisurely, and have lunch before we left"
