"Lovely hotel amazing room and great breakfast"

"The room was perfect, the kitchen area was well equipped with everything you needed to prepare and cook, the bed was super comfy and the staff really friendly. My only issue was the position of the bed, you could only access it from one side due to the closeness to the wall, this was an issue in the middle of the night when I had to get out, climbing over my sleeping husband was not ideal and getting out the bottom of the bed was also not ideal. The grounds were delightful, and while the room was small, the design made it feel just right—cozy and well thought-out. "We came to visit family who live nearby in the village, so it was very convenient to stay at the Red Lion. The apartment was great, the super-king-sized bed was very comfortable with lovely cotton sheets, and there was a great shower. Staff were very friendly and the apartment block is a short walk from the pub, so it is private and quiet. Would definitely stay again . "
