"Everything is great as always. Spacious, clean and updated room. Nice executive lounge. Staffs have a very good service mind. Only complaint is sound insulation needs to be improved. Will be back again next year."

"Great place! Staff was friendly and helpful. Get a room with a view - you can actually perch up there on the cushion and pillows provided..."

"Given the price point and other reviews, we came here expecting a luxury stay similar to the Waldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, and Peninsula, which are some of our favorite properties to stay at. However, everything from the service and cleanliness to the ambiance of the entrance and lobby and the amenities (other than the gym, which was excellent) is best described as an upgraded version of an average Hilton, Hyatt, or Marriott. For example, there was a hair in the bed. When we reported it, the...

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"Clean room and property. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the hot breakfast!!"

"El mejor lugar para quedarte en Chicago⭐️"

"Great room very clean"

"Love this hotel! A great atmosphere! We love happy hour and the tacos!!"

"I have been to Chicago many times, but this is the first time at the Hyatt Regency. From the staff to the amenities it was outstanding!!! Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on coming to this wonderful city!"

"When I called about the heat and blinds, on two separate occasions, someone came within 15 minutes. The person was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I will refer others to stay at Aloft"

"I stayed at hotel for halloweeen and the elevator stopped working and I had to take 9 flights of store to the lobby nobody notified the guest or anything letting us know what was going on … will not be staying there again"

"Great location!"

"Compared to other hotels in its class, the service here is top-notch. The room decor isn't overly traditional, featuring prominent details and a clean, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The pricing is fair, and the location is excellent. Traveling is effortless thanks to the hotel's one-mile shuttle service, and privacy is exceptional (we had a balcony room on the 19th floor). Overall great stay."

"What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...
